Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Developer to lead the creation and execution of innovative apparel concepts from ideation through prototyping. This role demands strong expertise in fit, pattern development, 3D/4D modeling , and collaborative innovation in a fast-paced, highly secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end concept development from 2D sketches to 3D/4D models
  • Apply deep knowledge in bra patterning, grading, and fit engineering
  • Utilize 3D CAD tools (CLO, Optitex) to create product prototypes
  • Collaborate with factories and Innovation teams to ensure manufacturability
  • Lead iterative prototyping and manage fit sessions for performance/compression wear
  • Innovate in construction techniques and methods of make
  • Manage project timelines and contribute to concept calendars
  • Provide technical expertise in athlete fit and performance testing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Apparel Design, Pattern Making, Textile Science , or related field
  • 6+ years of apparel development experience, focused on fit and innovation
  • Strong expertise in pattern engineering, garment construction , and materials
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional innovation initiatives
  • Proficiency in CLO, Optitex , Adobe Illustrator , and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Skilled in vendor/factory collaboration and product execution
  • Experience in high-security innovation settings is a plus
