Senior IT Project Manager (No 3rd party candidates please)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior IT Project Manager who knows how to operate in high-stakes environments, someone with deep IT experience and the leadership to drive results across departments, disciplines, and deadlines. If you've led technology programs in regulated or compliance-heavy industries , this role will feel like second nature.

You’ll lead major IT initiatives tied to space planning, new facilities, and enterprise project delivery . This role requires technical fluency, budget ownership, and stakeholder savvy, working shoulder-to-shoulder with planners, architects, and internal teams to bring complex programs to life.

This isn’t a back-office role. You’ll be the face of IT in strategic initiatives: leading from the front, communicating with clarity, and keeping delivery on target .

What You’ll Be Driving

• Own IT scope, budget, and schedules for facilities-driven and enterprise-level projects .
• Partner with architects, engineers, and planning teams to shape IT infrastructure in new spaces.
• Align cross-functional IT teams around shared goals and timelines.
• Develop and manage robust project plans, financials, milestones, and resource alignment.
• Lead 5-15 contributors and matrixed stakeholders through full project lifecycles.
• Navigate change management, vendor coordination, and project reporting with ease.
• Champion delivery excellence, resolve blockers fast, and elevate the customer experience.
• Influence at all levels: from technical teams to senior leaders.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience in regulated industries (utilities, healthcare, finance, government, etc.).
• Sharp project instincts: you know when to push, when to listen, and how to keep people moving.
• Strategic mindset that connects business needs to technology outcomes .
• Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex tech into clear action .
• Adept at managing risk, adapting plans, and balancing competing priorities.

Your Background

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years as a project lead or manager .
• Proven track record managing cross-functional teams, enterprise projects, and multimillion-dollar budgets .
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Familiarity with public or quasi-public sector environments is a strong plus.
