PVEDI is seeking a confident, visionary, and collaborative Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Delivers brand-driven content that supports strategic marketing goals while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms and media.
• Designs a wide range of visual content including social media graphics, website assets, presentations, career/trade fair materials, internal communications, and other special projects.
• Leads design standards by developing and maintaining firm-wide graphic guidelines in alignment with our evolving brand identity and messaging.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with the Marketing Manager, Marketing Specialists, architects, engineers, geologists, and leadership to translate complex ideas into impactful visual materials.
• Contributes to digital presence by designing content for social media and our website, utilizing HTML skills where needed.
• Ensures campaign success by generating creative ideas, tracking campaign performance, and applying insights based on experience to guide future design direction.
• Partners with external agencies as needed on branding projects, special campaigns, and visual storytelling.
• Stay ahead of trends by keeping current with the latest graphic design tools, techniques, and technologies to ensure our visual output remains fresh and effective.

Education & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in senior graphic design role; agency or in-house preferred.
• Experience with designing for Architecture & Engineering firms preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, Communications & Media, Marketing, or similar design related field of study, from an accredited university OR equivalent work experience.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates creative versatility and brand alignment skills.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

Additional Skills:

Software: Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, UI / UX design software such as Figma, Website building software such as WordPress a plus, Video software such as After Effects a plus, AI Graphic Design software such as Adobe Firefly a plus

Design Fundamentals & Skills: Typography, Color theory, Composition and Layout, Responsive design principles, Grid systems and visual alignment.

File Preparation & Production: Print production and prepress setup (bleeds, crops, CMYK/RGB), Digital asset optimization (image compression, responsive scaling), File types and formats: JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS, SVG, PSD, AI, etc., Exporting assets for web, print, video, and social platforms

Digital & Interactive Design: UI design (buttons, layouts, interactions), Web and mobile design (responsive layouts, design systems), Basic HTML/CSS understanding (helpful, not required)
