Production Graphic Designer

We are looking for an entry-level Production Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing
team. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or junior designer looking to gain hands-on
experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The designer will focus on supporting
day-to-day production tasks and low-level design edits across digital and print media, ensuring
brand consistency and efficient turnaround times.
Your designs should follow established brand guidelines, enhance communication, and
contribute to the visual identity of our campaigns and products. If you are detail-oriented,
responsive to feedback, and eager to grow as a designer, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
● Study design briefs and determine requirements
● Execute low-level production edits for marketing collateral, social media, packaging, and
digital content
● Develop graphics such as illustrations, icons, layouts, and photos under existing
templates and branding
● Use the appropriate colors, fonts, and layouts for each platform or channel
● Collaborate with the creative director, copywriters, and marketing team to finalize
designs
● Amend and iterate on designs after feedback
● Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, accurate, and on-brand
● Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital use
● Support the team in organizing and managing creative assets and projects
Qualifications
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
● Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or Canva
● Basic understanding of file formats, layout principles, and color theory
● A strong eye for visual communication, detail, and consistency
● Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction
● Strong time management and organization skills
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills
● Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team environment
● Receptive to constructive feedback and direction
Preferred Qualifications
● Internship or freelance design experience
● Knowledge of social media formats and design requirements
● Exposure to web design basics (HTML/CSS a plus)
