Key Responsibilities

• Lead Pricing Strategy: Own and refine pricing and promotion strategies, using strategic frameworks and quantitative insights to design innovative business models.
• Conduct Economic Assessments: Build models to evaluate the financial implications of strategic options and guide decision-making.
• Develop Value Propositions: Synthesize customer insights, model trade-offs, and deliver actionable recommendations for product and offer design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a large, matrixed environment to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Prepare and present recommendations to senior leadership, influencing key corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required); in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or other quantitative fields (preferred).
• Master’s/Advanced degree (MBA or quantitative discipline) preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or insurance .
• Proven analytical skills, with expertise in descriptive/predictive analytics, financial modeling, and interpreting financial statements.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage executives up to VP level.
• Problem-solving mindset, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work independently while thriving in a team.
