Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Project Manager to lead tenant improvement projects with a focus on healthcare-related construction. This role requires a strong background in the medical sector, deep understanding and the ability to manage multiple high-value projects with excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute $4–6 million in active plumbing projects
  • Bid, budget, and estimate using CAE methodology and industry standards
  • Monitor field operations, crew productivity, and manpower
  • Manage RFIs, SOVs, billing, and change orders
  • Conduct job walks and site visits
  • Lead and communicate effectively with field and foreman teams
  • Build and maintain client relationships, particularly in healthcare/HCAI sectors
  • Mentor and develop Project Engineers
  • Participate in bi-weekly project manager meetings
  • Drive project success through technical knowledge and strong leadership

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in medical construction with HCAI compliance insight
  • Mastery of CAE estimating systems and workflows
  • Demonstrated success managing complex plumbing projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to lead mechanical scope discussions with clarity
  • Proven ability to build team culture and deliver profitable projects

Pay Range: $90k-$165k
