✅ **Keep us organized** – Support the CEO and executive team by creating structure, processes, and systems that make Happy Veg run smoothly worldwide

✅ **Be the communication engine** – Manage internal and external communications, ensuring that our brand and values shine through globally

✅ **Plan team-building activities and global missions** – From in-office fun to international adventures, you’ll make sure our team stays aligned, connected, and motivated

✅ **Implement the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)** – Help drive company-wide focus, accountability, and results

✅ **Support travel and work trip coordination** – Organize executive travel, international visits, and key meetings across continents

✅ **Be our PR voice** – Help tell the Happy Veg story to the world with consistency and confidence

✅ **Collaborate globally** – Work hand-in-hand with our teams in the USA, Europe, South America, and Asia

✅ **Drive professionalization** – Help us grow not just bigger, but better — smarter systems, cleaner processes, clearer goals

### 🚀 What We’re Looking For:

* **3–7+ years** in office management, PR, corporate communications, or executive coordination (bonus points for experience in food & beverage manufacturing!)

* A natural **leader and doer** — you love taking initiative, organizing chaos, and bringing people together

* Outstanding **communication skills** — writing, presenting, and connecting across cultures and time zones

* A passion for **global teamwork**, company culture, and getting everyone on the same page

* Comfortable supporting and working directly with **C-level leadership**

* Willingness to **travel internationally** to support our growing teams

* Familiarity with or willingness to learn **EOS**

* Bachelor’s degree in **Communications, Public Relations, Business**, or a related field preferred
