Key Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and identify new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Educate clients on various insurance products, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Generate and follow up on leads to consistently meet or exceed sales and performance targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging products to provide expert guidance to clients

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM and sales software
• Prior insurance sales or customer service experience is preferred
