We’re looking for a culturally fluent, creative, and strategic Social Media Manager to lead day-to-day social across platforms for a fast-growing brand startup . You’ll be the voice of the brand in-feed — building community, driving conversation, and delivering content that performs. From crafting compelling posts to spotting the next big trend.

As an early team member, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up — with the freedom to take risks, test ideas, and build something from the ground up.

• Own and execute the brand’s social media strategy across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
• Write, post, and manage content daily — with a consistent voice and elevated creative standards.
• Work with the creative team to concept and brief platform-native assets that stop the scroll.
• Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the curve.
• Monitor community engagement and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, on-brand tone.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the creative team to amplify launches and campaigns.
• Maintain influencer mailer lists and support product gifting initiatives — from tracking responses to coordinating with fulfillment teams.
• Use analytics tools to track performance, surface insights, and optimize strategy.
• Assist in managing content calendars, shoot days, and influencer activations.

• 3–5+ years of experience managing social for a brand, agency, or content platform.
• Deep knowledge of social trends, creators, and best practices across all platforms.
• Exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
• Strong visual sensibility with a sharp eye for content quality and storytelling.
• Organized and detail-oriented with experience managing influencer outreach, gifting, and tracking lists.
• Self-starter mentality — comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where things move quickly and roles can flex.
• Passion for culture, beauty, fashion, entertainment, pet, or wellness industries a major bonus.
