Job Description

Job Description: The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience in executive support and a strong background in administrative functions related to board activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate board meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes.
  • Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage expense reports and budgets related to the executive office.
  • Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and events.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Experience supporting a C-Suite & Board of Directors administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
