Position
• Lead multiple teams
• Ensure optimal support experience
• Improve business processes

• Oversee operations of field engineering support
• Vehicle travel to sites in Ohio on short notice (50%-80%)
• Overnight travel outside Ohio multiple times each month (20%)
• Develop policies, procedures, KPIs, and manage performance
• Optimize the efficiencies of the teams and department
• Build partnerships with vendors and hold them accountable
• Ensure solutions meet requirements for security, portability, and performance
• Meet business timelines, establish and measure required SLAs
• Work with third-party solution providers, each fulfilling a portion of the overall service delivery
• Lead, coach, and mentor managers and employees
• Foster a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Oversee performance management, professional development, and succession planning
• Serve as the escalation point for complex incidents
• Develop partner evaluation criteria and scorecards
• Ensure vendors deliver consistent, high-quality solutions
• Ensure expectations are exceeded
