Business Analyst with Life Insurance (LOMA)

Location – Hybrid (2-3 Days onsite Every Week)

Type - Contract

Interview Mode – Video/Onsite

1. Minimum of 7 years as Business Analyst in Life Insurance domain
2. Strong experience in Term and Whole life products
3. Life Insurance - Life Insurance(LOMA), Policy Administration
4. Experience in Data Migration, and Data Mapping projects
5. Strong expertise in policy administration systems
6. Experience and knowledge about the end-to-end lifecycle of insurance policies, including illustration, underwriting, inforce, claims, and billing.
7. Experience in delivery of business analysis and requirement management across the software delivery lifecycle. With direct interaction with multiple teams e.g., product owners, project managers, technical resources and business change.
8. Experience in utilising one or more structured techniques for requirements elicitation and refinement such as Observation, Interviews, Workshops or Prototyping
9. Lead discussions with clients to explore and document potential solutions.
10. Develop and document conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates.
11. Provide input on system modifications and enhancements to meet client needs
12. Coordinate business analyst tasks on IT projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
